Rachel was born and raised in Houston, TX before moving to Austin, where she spent the past 15 years.
She began her career at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where she spent 10 years building a deep understanding of capital markets. During that time, she worked closely with financial advisors across the country, consulting on portfolio construction, helping them interpret and apply market insights, refine client communication, and strengthen their practices. Most recently, Rachel served as Co-Head of the Client Relationship Group, where she led a team of 130 professionals and focused on developing the next generation of leaders through training, recruiting, and mentorship.
Through her experience, Rachel developed a deep appreciation for the role thoughtful financial advice can play in people’s lives. She brings that perspective into her work with clients, focusing on helping them navigate complex financial decisions with clarity, confidence, and a long-term outlook.
Rachel and her husband Jonathan recently returned home to Houston, where they look forward to raising their daughter and getting involved in the community. She plans to be in Austin frequently to meet with clients and collaborate with her team, as well as cheer on the Longhorns in the fall!
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and 7-year old Bernedoodle, Murray. They enjoy trying new restaurants and coffee shops, staying active, and traveling.
